Devin M. Davis

Devin was born in Bowling Green, Kentucky where she excelled in school and won a scholarship to the University of Kentucky graduating in 2004 with a BA in English. After graduating from UK, Devin was employed with Humana Health Care before forming Davis Group Unlimited II LLC (the holding group for Card Payment Solutions) with her husband in 2006. Devin brings a foundation of strong LOCAL ties and relationship building to the Card Payment Solutions team. Her drive to go the extra mile for the customers she serves allow for Card Payment Solutions to be the #1 answer for merchants and business owners.

In her free time, Devin enjoys reading, writing, and University of Kentucky Wildcat athletics.

JP Davis
Director of Merchant Relations/ VP

JP was born in Madison, Indiana and currently resides in Harrison County Indiana. After serving in the United States Army, JP worked in the Loss Prevention area (responsible for preventing loss and identifying /establish protocols to prevent future loss at stores). In 2008 JP started working for a small merchant services group identifying ways to save money for its merchants. From there, Card Payment Solutions USA was born. Originally founded to provide processing solutions to Southern Indiana merchants, Card Payment Solutions USA has grown into a leader on the forefront of merchant processing with over 10 offices throughout the United States. JP is married with two boys, Alexander and Ayden. When not working, JP enjoys fishing, spending time with his boys, and traveling.

Chris Mattingly
Regional Account Manager

Chris was born in Corydon Indiana in 1956. Chris has lived in Corydon, Indiana his entire life except for his 5 years that he served in the Air Force stationed at Grand Forks North Dakota. Over his 57 year he has held many positions from sales to management as well as business ownership. In every position he has ever held his main goal has been providing customer service. “I have always felt that if you treat people the way you want to be treated, you will be the best at what you do”.

Jeff Phillips
Regional Account Manager

Raised in the Louisville Metropolitan area, Jeff has over 10 years of experience in distribution and operations. He also has over 6 years of sales experience regionally and nationally focusing on the Institutional Market. He understands that small businesses are the backbone of our economy and set his sights on helping entrepreneurs grow their business. Jeff understands the best way to help a business is to understand their business, and then educate entrepreneurs on the latest products that can help them reach their goals.

Hello, my name is Antonio Meza-Santellan. I am from Nayarit, Mexico. I came to the United States 15 years ago with a suitcase full of dreams and determination. I worked in construction and the restaurants for 10 years before I opened my own grocery store, La Bella Airosa. Thanks to God I found a beautiful woman that was a lot smarter than me and she pushed me to realize my dreams of being a business owner. After I opened my store, I was using a local bank and paying too much for credit card fees. That’s when I met Card Payment Solutions; they saved me a big percentage in processing fees and helped me save money at my own store. Hello my name is Tom Walker and I live in Versailles, IN, where I reside with my girlfriend Denise, and my four kids, Courtney, Kayla, Whitney, and Cory. I have over twenty years of professional sales experience. Also, I have served in the U.S. Navy for six years. My education has consisted of an A.S. degree in Nuclear Medicine from the Naval School of Health Sciences, a B.S. degree in Healthcare Management from the Southern Illinois University, and a M.S. degree in Business from Webster University. James “Jim” Baker
Regional Account Manager

James was born in Virginia Minnesota in 1959. Served 18 years in the United States Army in various positions including, Drill Sergeant, instructor at the Senior Non Commissioned Officers Academy, Instructor at the Drill Sergeant Academy, and as a Tank Platoon Sergeant. The last 17 years was employed at AAA Kentucky, managing the Approved Auto Repair and battery Program. James is married and resides in Hardinsburg Kentucky. In his spare time he enjoys drag racing with his three sons Joshua, Daniel, and David. He also has a daughter Debbie who lives in Florida. James has 10 grandchildren.

Judy Doughty

In her spare time she serves as a Lieutenant on her local Search and Rescue Squad and spends time with her boys. Cedric Davis

Cedric has lived in the Charlotte NC area for the past 20 years. He graduated from South Carolina State University with a BS degree in Accounting. His career expands over the past 20 years in banking, accounting, and sales. With his diverse background, he is an excellent resource to partner with regarding understanding your overall business operations and the ability to offer cost savings solutions for your merchant card services. Working with Cedric is like having a personal concierge that will cater to your company.

In his spare time, Cedric enjoys officiating high school football in the Charlotte area, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and spending time with family.

Heath Davis
Do Everything Guy

Heath Davis was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and moved to Cincinnati, Ohio at young age. After graduating from high school he enlisted in the United States Airforce where he spent 5 years as a petroleum specialist. After discharge, Heath worked as a recruiting officer for a local college before finding his way to Card Payment Solutions USA. Heath works in the main office in Corydon handling various customer service responsibilities, technical issues, installs, and marketing duties. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his daughter, hanging out with family, and sleeping… zzzzzzzz!

Rayne Triplett
VP of Partner Relations

Rayne Triplett was born in San Diego, California and spent most of her time in Virginia Beach before coming to Southern Indiana. She graduated from New Albany High School in 2015. In high school she played volleyball and ran track. When not working at CPS USA, Rayne is exploring the outdoors with her family and pets. She is the V.P of Partner Relations at CPS. Barb Rorhbaugh
Director of Customer Happiness

Barb was born in Harrisburg, PA, and has resided in Pompano Beach, FL, for the last 23 years. She acquired her Pennsylvania Cosmetology Manager’s License and followed that career for 10 years. She then worked for 10 years at RPS/FedEx Ground as National Account Representative Assistant and 16 years with HomeTeam Inspection Service, Pompano Beach as administrative assistant/ bookkeeping. From these jobs, she has excelled in customer service and accounting.

She has been married to Mike for 37 years and they have 28-year-old twin daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, being close to water, and hanging with family and their dog, Diesel.

She works remotely out of our South Florida office.

Cris Cotner

Cris was born in Oxfordshire, England on Upper Heyford Air Force Base. His family moved back to the US at a young age and he spent a majority of his life traveling with his family to festivals and shows for his parents business. Cris graduated from Corydon High School in 2007 and graduated from Kaplan University – Suma Cum Laude in 2015 with a degree in Criminal Justice. CRis worked in sales his early years, but spent the last 5 years working as a Corrections Officer. He was a Lieutenant at Harrison County Jail where he was a certified OC and Taser Instructor, Swat Team member, and a PATC certified hostage negotiator. After the birth of his daughter he searched for a career that would allow him time with his family and found a home with Card Payment Solutions USA. After every appointment with a client Cris makes sure that when he leaves they are more satisfied and confident in the services they receive.

In his free time Cris enjoys music, playing guitar/drums, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.
